At Venture Technologies we believe that our relationships with our clients are based on long term, trusted advisor commitments and as a result we offer an array of managed services offerings. By providing a core set of monthly services such as network management, infrastructure maintenance, network monitoring and performance, and general IT support we are engaged with our clients on a daily basis and develop an understanding of their environment and needs based on experience. This experience allows us to work proactively and not reactively to changing demands placed on the IT infrastructure.
In addition to these base managed services we offer a number of core solutions under a managed service structure. We can design and architect a solution for our clients and work with them to structure the implementation based on a systematic roll out as opposed to a single capital expenditure project. This affords our clients the choice as to how they want to capitalize and recognize certain IT expenses.
Lastly, we offer post-implementation testing, monitoring, compliance and performance based managed services to assist our clients in realizing the full capabilities of any solution they integrate into their environment.
